We are pleased to announce that GPSPATRON Connect is now officially published on Google Play.

This application is designed to work with the GP-Probe Nano L1, transforming it into a powerful real-time GNSS interference analysis tool. The app provides live visualization, faster jammer localization, flexible configuration options, and lays the foundation for advanced operational modes coming soon.

What the App Is Designed For

GPSPATRON Connect unlocks the full potential of the GP-Probe Nano L1, turning it into a smart, smartphone-assisted GNSS interference detection and analysis tool with powerful features for field operations.

1. Real-Time Analysis & Visualization

This mode provides an immediate, detailed view of the RF environment and GNSS signal quality. Users can monitor:

  • live RF power charts
  • real-time GNSS SNR levels
  • the direct impact of interference on signal integrity

It enables much faster detection, understanding, and on-site assessment of jamming activity.

2. Faster Localization of Interference Sources

The app supports rapid on-foot jammer localization using passive body-shielding techniques.

Rotation-based direction estimation helps users quickly understand where the interference is coming from — without any directional antennas.

3. GP-Probe Nano Configuration

The app allows you to adjust all operational parameters of the Nano L1:

  • notification settings (sound, vibration, LEDs)
  • notification timing
  • sensitivity threshold
  • detector/logger mode management
  • data export and log retrieval

Operating Modes — Current & Upcoming

The GP-Probe Nano L1 supports three operational levels: standalone, smartphone-assisted, and cloud-enhanced.
GPSPATRON Connect unlocks the smartphone-assisted layer and will soon support cloud-based collaborative modes as well.

1. Standalone Operation (no smartphone)

  • Detector Mode — instant jamming alerts via LEDs, sound, vibration
  • Logger Mode — silent unattended monitoring up to 3 months

2. Smartphone-Assisted Operation (with GPSPATRON Connect)

Direction estimation on a map using body-shielding-based AoA.

Patrol Mode (coming soon)
Vehicle-based jammer detection, classification, and geotagged event logging.

3. GP-Cloud Enhanced Modes (coming soon)

Collaborative Localization Mode — crowd-sourced jammer geolocation using vector intersections.

Collaborative Patrol Mode — shared mobile interference map for teams.

Collaborative Sentinel Mode — centralized monitoring, logging, and remote analysis.
