These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the GPSPATRON website available at https://gpspatron.com/ (the “Website”) and constitute, where applicable, the regulations for electronic services provided through the Website.

By using the Website or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions to the extent applicable to the service you use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

In these Terms, “GPSPATRON”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean GPSPATRON Sp. z o.o.

GPSPATRON develops and supplies professional GNSS monitoring, interference detection, resilience testing and related hardware, software and services.

The Website is primarily intended for business and professional users.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern the use of the Website and electronic services made available through it.

They do not, unless expressly stated otherwise, replace separate agreements applicable to:

purchases of GPSPATRON products;
GP-Cloud subscriptions;
GP-Cloud On-Premise;
software licences;
evaluation equipment;
support or professional services;
customised products or projects;
distributor or partner relationships.

Where a separate quotation, order confirmation, licence agreement, subscription agreement, service agreement or other contract has been concluded with GPSPATRON, that agreement prevails over these Website Terms in relation to its subject matter.

3. Electronic Services Available Through the Website

Depending on the current functionality of the Website, GPSPATRON may provide the following services electronically and free of charge:

access to publicly available Website content;
contact and enquiry forms;
requests for quotations;
demo requests;
requests for product or technical information;
newsletter or marketing subscriptions, where available;
access to links directing users to GPSPATRON support systems or other GPSPATRON services.

Access to GP-Cloud and other separate applications may be subject to separate contractual terms.

Technical requirements

To use the Website, you generally need:

A service relating to ordinary access to Website content begins when you access the Website and ends when you leave it.

A service initiated through a form begins when you submit the relevant form and generally ends when the purpose of the communication has been completed.

6. Safety-Critical and Operational Decisions

GNSS and RF systems may be used in environments where incorrect positioning, navigation, timing or interference information could have significant consequences.

Information available on the Website must not be treated as the sole basis for aviation, maritime, rail, road, power-grid, timing, security, emergency, life-safety or other safety-critical operational decisions unless such use has been expressly agreed and the relevant system has been appropriately designed, validated and approved for that purpose.

GPSPATRON products are monitoring, detection, testing and resilience tools. They do not eliminate all GNSS risks and cannot guarantee detection of every interference, spoofing, jamming or anomaly scenario.

7. Lawful Use of GNSS, RF and Testing Technologies

Certain GPSPATRON products, software or Website materials may relate to GNSS simulation, RF transmission, jamming, spoofing, interference testing or other technologies whose use may be regulated or restricted in some jurisdictions.

The availability of information or a product description on this Website does not constitute authorisation to transmit radio signals, create interference, operate restricted equipment or perform any activity requiring a licence, permit or regulatory approval.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their intended activities comply with all laws and regulations applicable to them, including where relevant:

radio spectrum and telecommunications rules;
equipment and product regulations;
aviation, maritime or other sector-specific requirements;
export-control laws;
sanctions and trade restrictions;
customs rules;
applicable licensing or permit requirements.

GPSPATRON does not authorise unlawful interference with GNSS or other radio services.

Products intended for laboratory, controlled-environment, shielding or authorised testing must be used accordingly.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Website:

unlawfully, fraudulently or maliciously;
to distribute malware, malicious code or harmful content;
to attempt unauthorised access to the Website, servers, accounts or systems;
to interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
to circumvent technical or security controls;

in a manner that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights of GPSPATRON or third parties.

10. Automated Extraction and AI Training

Except where permitted by mandatory law or expressly authorised by GPSPATRON, we reserve our rights in relation to automated extraction, text and data mining, dataset creation and the use of Website content for training or developing machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models.

Normal indexing by general-purpose search engines for the purpose of displaying search results is permitted unless technically restricted by us.

Any permission to access the Website does not by itself grant permission to use proprietary GPSPATRON content as a commercial training dataset.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, subject to any mandatory rules that apply regardless of the chosen law.

For disputes with users acting in the course of business, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of GPSPATRON Sp. z o.o. shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

For consumers and other persons entitled to equivalent statutory protection, jurisdiction is determined by the mandatory rules applicable to them.
